You can fly any one of several famous World War I fighter planes such as the Spad 13.C1, Fokker D. VII, Albatros D. Va and the Nieuport 28.C1 into aerial combat.

For any of you wanting to go retro, in a high quality simulator. Feel what it was like to fly a combat aircraft, in a fly by the seat of your pants realistic combat situation, at the dawn of flight. This is a commercial product, but reasonably priced, and with a number of purchaseable and-on aircraft, you can fly a number of famously known, and not so well known WWI aircraft.

The web site http://www.riseofflight.com (Russian and English selection), or http://riseofflight.com
screwbottle Sat, 06 Mar 2010 12:10:40 -0700 FreeFalcon - Quality Upgrades for Falcon 4.0 http://www.fsforums.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php?product=24

by: screwbottle

Description:
A free, downloadable combat SIM, based on the old Microprose Falcon 4 SIM. Completely rebuilt and reworked from the ground up, for modern day hardware usage. The aircraft focus is on the Lockheed Martin F-16, but there are a few other military aircraft that can be flown by the human pilot. This list is growing. The idea behind this SIM is more on the world realistic flying of an advanced military aircraft in combat, with many scenarios and campaigns.

A difficult SIM to fly and master, but for those wanting that extra kick, of feeling what it is like to fly a real world strike, then this is for you. And superb flight model, graphics, scenery and aircraft VC cockpits.

http://www.freefalcon.com/
screwbottle Wed, 03 Feb 2010 03:08:12 -0700 Pro Flight Yoke http://www.fsforums.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php?product=23

by: Maverick

Description:
Flight yoke and throttle controls
Maverick Wed, 20 Jan 2010 10:20:43 -0700 FlightGear http://www.fsforums.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php?product=22

by: screwbottle

Description:
The FlightGear flight simulator project is an open-source, multi-platform, cooperative flight simulator development project. It also includes the AAR repair facility northwest of the terminal, the USPS facility directly north of the terminal, and the FedEx facility southeast of the terminal. It also adds the new control tower that is just to the west of the new terminal. It is the 3rd tallest ATC tower in the US.

When this scenery is installed it replaces your stock KIND terminal as far as flight plans and gate assignments. The old terminal IS, however, still there as it is in real life.

I use this scenery in FS2004 ACOF and have NO problems with it other than it follows along with the stock scenery in that FS2004 does not assign the crosswind runway......EVER. I don't know why, but they don't. Other than that it is worth the money spent on it.
esh535920 Sun, 04 Oct 2009 15:36:07 -0700 Track IR 5 http://www.fsforums.com/reviewpost/showproduct.php?product=20

by: Maverick

Description:
Track IR 5
