18th March 2010 04:30 PM haha Thanks skydancer!
It's scenery that I'm making (using Google earth pics) from the Cape Peninsula to the Stellenbosch / Franschoek area. Getting the sea to work/display properly in fsx is a pain, but Its getting there. Then next project is a 2m DEM of the same area Cant Wait!!!!!!

19th March 2010 05:12 PM Thanx sman! - yup its for FSX.
I plan to as freeware, but I must just check on the laws in this regard...
as far as I know, Its fine aslong as you acknowledge all the programs etc.
But must just check... .. Dont want to end up with some fat law suite or somthing.

20th March 2010 05:50 PM I dont think it would be a problem. Google lets you use the images for free anyway so they cant take you to court for using them on FSX and letting people use it for free, because its the same thing. If you where going to sell it, then there would be a problem.
I cant wait for your release though!
